Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with team members to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization.
- Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs.
- Ability to manage software releases and updates effectively.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
