Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and their integration with ETL tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
- Understanding of data quality, transformation, and validation methods.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
