Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage cutting-edge testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic initiatives to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for identifying innovative approaches to testing that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring that quality remains a top priority throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of quality engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Server Development. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration practices. - Proficient in developing and implementing testing strategies that ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
