In the role of Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and supervising release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP financial modules within the S/4HANA environment.
- Experience in managing integrations between SAP FI and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ability to oversee release management processes, including planning, testing, and deployment of updates.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP FI S/4HANA to maintain system efficiency.
- Skilled in collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
