Werner Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Transformation/Change Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the ADKAR methodology to drive change initiatives, planning, and executing awareness and knowledge campaigns, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Apply the ADKAR methodology to manage change initiatives.

Plan, create, and distribute awareness and knowledge campaigns.

Perform analysis and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement.

Ensure alignment with key stakeholders throughout the change process.

Cultivate a change team and facilitate related activities.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation/Logistics, or a related field.

Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Change Management/PROSCI Certification preferred.

Work with technical project implementations in an Agile environment preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, graphical, and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
