Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM solutions. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of global trade processes, including trade compliance, restricted party screening, classification, license management, and customs management.
- Configure and implement Oracle GTM modules based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end Oracle GTM implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
- Configure trade compliance processes, including restricted party screening, denied party screening, embargo screening, and watch-list screening.
- Configure product classification, including Harmonized System (HS), Schedule B, ECCN, HTS, and commodity codes.
- Manage export and import compliance processes, including license determination, license management, and trade controls.
- Configure and maintain trade transactions, trade agreements, declarations, customs filings, and document generation.
- Integrate Oracle GTM with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, WMS, and external systems.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support data migration activities related to trade parties, items, classifications, licenses, trade transactions, and compliance rules.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot Oracle GTM functional issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and external stakeholders.
- Provide post-production support and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle GTM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle GTM modules such as:

- Experience in import/export compliance processes and international trade regulations.

- Experience with Oracle GTM integration with Oracle OTM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, WMS, and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of XML, REST/SOAP web services, integration interfaces, and data migration.
- Experience in preparing functional specification documents and working with technical teams for customizations.
- Good understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and GTM data structures.
- Experience with testing, defect tracking, UAT coordination, and production support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud GTM or Oracle GTM version upgrades.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations across regions such as the US, EU, APAC, and India.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
