As an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant within our Managed Services team, you will design, build, and support integrations and extensions across Oracle Cloud applications, keeping clients' critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments running smoothly and evolving with their needs.

As the Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), covering Cloud-to-Cloud and On-Premise-to-Cloud scenarios across Financials, HCM, and SCM
  • Build Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) extensions and bulk integrations, implementing end-to-end data flows with strong error-handling mechanisms
  • Develop SaaS extensions and customize Oracle Redwood pages using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), delivering responsive web and mobile experiences
  • Utilize File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web services for Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Build reports and analytics using Oracle reporting tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Provide Level 2 managed-services support, resolving issues and maintaining service quality across event-based integrations and online workflows
  • Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases, applying security and deployment best practices
Requirements Required
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services, including hands-on work with Oracle SaaS applications and web technologies such as REST/SOAP, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Extensible Markup Language (XML), OAuth, JavaScript, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Autonomous Database, FBDI, REST APIs, and SOAP web services, including PaaS-for-SaaS extensions and bulk integrations
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/SQL (PL/SQL), with a strong understanding of Oracle modules and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with Visual Builder (VBCS/VBS) to enable and customize Oracle Redwood pages
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in teams and manage time effectively

Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC) and proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture, security features, and service management, along with familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
