Title: Principal Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bangalore
Education: Any Degree
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
2. Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis and integration with other systems
3. Develop Reports using BI Publisher
4. Perform data conversion using HDL
5. Develop fast formulas.
6. Functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits
7. Understanding of Redwood framework.
8. Understanding of Journey configuration
9. Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
10. Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
11. Develop integrations using REST APIS.
12. Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
13. Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
14. Prepare and submit technical documentation.
15. Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
16. Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
17. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
18. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
19. Provide training and support to business users.
20. Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
21. Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
3. Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
