Job Description:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Book HAWBs for OSPs (Outsourced Service Providers) in Maestro as per request.

2. Assist all APAC branches to update Post flight checks on daily basis.

3. Monitor Email communications globally to bridge the gap between Marken’s branches for smooth shipment flow within Marken network.

4. Monitor shipments moving globally while tracking key milestones viz, Collection (POB), Departure/Arrivals, Customs Clearance, Delivery (POD), etc. (May change as per requirements) to provide extra safety net.

5. Ensure pre alerts on Maestro are acknowledged by branches and OSPs for APAC region.

6. Closely monitor High Value shipments moving globally to ensure the agreed TATs are met. Perform detailed tracking of all High Value Shipments & co-ordinate with Marken stakeholders for current updates.

7. Highlight any deviations or delays in the high value Shipments movements.

8. Follow up on missing shipments within the Marken network.

9. Prepare reports for APAC OSPs (Outsourced Service Providers) on Monthly basis.

10. Run daily report to identify shipments pending Dry ice replenishments within & outside APAC region.

11. Run daily report to analyze effectiveness of Tracking devices for Key Clients.

12. Make calls (as required) to Marken branches to follow up & take updates on the shipments.

13. Monitor Shipments moving within UPS network & co-ordinate with UPS tracking teams for current updates.

14. Monitor Email alerts received via Central Monitoring System & follow up with Marken Depots across the globe to notify them of any alarms.
