Job description

The Operations Manager for the Simulator Centre based in Mumbai/ other locations will be responsible for ensuring smooth internal operations of the training center. Role is to provide oversight and adherence to annual budget, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction & enhancing employee relations. The incumbent will focus on meeting regulatory compliance standards, fostering a high-performing team and managing the facility and administration.

Major Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Simulator Centre, ensuring smooth functionality of facilities and equipment.
  • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences, aiming for a near-perfect Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Regulatory and Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to training and simulator operations.
  • Host and manage inspections or audits conducted by relevant authorities, addressing any observations or recommendations effectively.
  • Uphold Company’s health and safety guidelines and enforce compliance.

Customer Experience Management

  • Proactively address customer needs and expectations to build long-term relationships.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance the customer journey.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Contribute to build a high performing and harmonized team to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
