- Responsible to comprehend, and having good customer service attitude to clarify articulate the resolution
- Transaction process for US Life/Annuity processes
- Good time management and organizational skill
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Non - Technical)
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Must be details and solutions oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer proficiency
- Typing speed should be 30 WPM
- Flexible for night shifts
