About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile OpenText Suite Specialist to drive the implementation, enhancement, and 24/7 operational support of enterprise-grade OpenText ECM ecosystems (Content Server and Extended ECM). This consolidated role blends technical architecture, application development, business analysis, and robust incident management to ensure high availability, compliance, and seamless end-to-end business integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Strategy: Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and ECM solutions based on the OpenText platform, ensuring strict adherence to performance, security, audit, and monitoring standards.
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, and test OpenText solutions including Content Server WebReports, Workflows, Document Pipelines, and client components, utilizing HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
- Business Analysis & Sprint Management: Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by managing end-to-end business requirements, defining sprint backlogs (PBIs/Bugs), and handling financial/organizational support topics (e.g., ML4 support).
- Operations, GRC & Patching: Manage GRC responsibilities (Compliance, ONE Essentials), certificate management, third-party deployments (Tomcat/Java), vulnerability management, and OTDS/Content Server patching, installations, and updates.
- Incident Handling & 24/7 Support: Drive L2/L3 incident queue resolution (data/permission issues), daily health checks, monitoring, capacity planning (CPU, RAM, storage), and participate in shift-based support for P1/P2 major tickets.
- Testing & Client Rollouts: Execute comprehensive testing across all implementations, manage client rollouts (Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, Viewers), and leverage knowledge of SAP-side customizations (OTEXBAS, OTEXRL, OTEXRM, Extended ECM).
