Oliver Wyman is now looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in India!

This role can be based out of our Mumbai or Gurugram office.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our recruitment efforts across India as well as working on partner hiring across IMEA. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for candidates at all levels whilst shaping and driving our recruitment strategy with a focus on India and collaborating closely with our recruiting team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and securing top-tier talent, including senior hires.

This is a unique growth opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced market, with direct exposure to our IMEA Partners and senior internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple searches, with a primary focus on experienced and senior hire-level hires

  • Manage and design the recruiting process for the India SP Hub for global shared services

  • Design and implement innovative, India-specific strategies to attract, engage, and secure the best talent

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates

  • Support and ultimately lead on IMEA-wide partner hiring, closely collaborating with the Regional Head of Experienced Hiring for IMEA

  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members on our research strategy, market mapping and competitor analysis

  • Foster collaborative relationships within the team, broader firm functions, and external agencies/vendors

  • Manage and mentor junior team members to encourage growth, creativity, and accountability

Experience Required:

  • At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment

  • Experience in hiring across all levels, including executive hiring

  • Experience working in professional services or other client-driven environments in India

  • Proven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting, good knowledge of market trends, competitors, and general talent availability across India  

  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure

Skills and Attributes:

  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and research

  • Strong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
