  • Maintaining stationery, inventory and supplies required
  • Distributing mail and maintaining well-organized filing system of internal and external documents
  • Providing secretarial support and assistance to management.
  • Onboarding new staff as to Cencora policies and ensuring adherence to our Occupational Health & Safety Obligations
  • Preparing venues, beverages, snacks etc for office visitors as well as assisting and coordinating internal company events.
  • Ensuring that office kitchens are fully equipped (e.g. coffee, fruits) and office environment is clean and tidy.
  • Overseeing effective operation of all office systems and support services and solving of maintenance issues associated with company premises
  • Liaising with landlord in respect of lease of properties.

Your profile

  • Absolute customer centric mindset and warm, engaged personality
  • Administration or secretarial background preferred
  • Experience in dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Very good verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Lithuanian and English language skills, both in writing and orally
