WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate and handle vendor management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.
- Implement and ensure office policies and procedures are rigorously followed.
- Provide administrative support in the onboarding process.
- Support in hotel contracts/agreements and travel booking for guests.
- Handle administration budget and compile monthly reports.
- Assist in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.
YOU HAVE:
- An academic background with a graduate degree or equivalent experience in any specialization and 5 - 10 years of working experience.
- Demonstrable experience in HR and office administration
