WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate and handle vendor management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.
  • Implement and ensure office policies and procedures are rigorously followed.
  • Provide administrative support in the onboarding process.
  • Support in hotel contracts/agreements and travel booking for guests.
  • Handle administration budget and compile monthly reports.
  • Assist in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.

YOU HAVE:

  • An academic background with a graduate degree or equivalent experience in any specialization and 5 - 10 years of working experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in HR and office administration
