NX Customization Engineer : 2–3 years.

Operate and monitor high-voltage electrical distribution systems and critical facility utilities in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. Perform switching, inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, alarm response, equipment restoration, root-cause analysis, safety compliance, emergency response, and operational documentation. Maintain substations, transformers, UPS systems, DG sets, HVAC, chillers, utility systems, and building infrastructure while recording activities in CMMS/SAP.

Leads site-wide industrial safety and occupational health programs for a semiconductor manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include safety strategy, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, contractor and construction safety, emergency preparedness, EHS governance, training, and continuous improvement. The role partners with facilities, manufacturing, engineering, construction, regulators, and external agencies to maintain compliant, world-class safety performance and strengthen the organization’s safety culture.

Leads warehouse operations, including receiving, packaging, inventory, order fulfillment, ASRS stock management, equipment movement, and error-free shipments. Oversees budgets, import/export reporting, SOX compliance, bonded warehouses, policies, staffing, performance management, and process improvement. Partners with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Logistics, suppliers, and site process teams to meet customer, regulatory, and quality requirements while developing standardized procedures and maintaining warehouse performance.
