Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our New Accounts team as Document Processor. Successful candidates are analytical, methodical and have strong initiative. We offer you a position that will both challenge and reward you. In addition, you will join an exciting team that is helping shape one of the world's strongest brokerage brands.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and screen documents received from clients who are opening accounts under the UK and US entities
  • Follow-up with clients regarding any pending documents
  • Reviewing regulatory checks such as OFAC and World Checks
  • Co-ordinate with Compliance to get the documents/accounts approved


Qualifications


Education: 
Bachelor's degree 

Experience: 0-2 years related to account opening and Global KYC documentation of individual and corporate clients

Skills: 

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of foreign languages will be preferred
