The Role
- Good knowledge of Network Administration both theoretical and practical
- Should have very good knowledge and understanding on Network architecture and management
- Installation, up-gradation, and troubleshooting of Network System – Switches, Router, Firewall, WAF
- End to end Network and Network Security administration.
- New Network and Network Security Device Installation, Upgrades/Migrations, and updates, Decommissioning or life cycle management etc.
- WAN Link commissioning and deployment.
- WAN Link Uptime Maintenance and vendor management.
- Troubleshooting of all the incidents, issues reported, etc.
- Performance Management and fine-tuning parameters for performance improvement
- Patch Management of network device and ensuring 100% compliance
- Prepare Customized Reporting at agreed frequency
- Support during any product evaluation, Proof of Concepts, etc.
- Support and active coordination during new system, service, project implementation etc.
- Setting remote sessions, testing, support etc. Network Security devices and Proxy management and administration.
- Network Asset Management and Tagging
- Client Branches, DC, DR LAN, and CLOUD network BYOL device Management,
- Domain specific documentation and architecture diagram
- Network Capacity Planning, Growth Projection and Trend Analysis
- Work experience on Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, Force Point Proxy, Fortinet Firewalls, WAF
- Hands on experience and technical knowledge on Switching and routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
- Expertise on IPsec VPN, Site to Site VPN, RA VPN, SSL VPN etc.
- Expertise and working experience on F5 Load Balancers
- Good Troubleshooting skills
- Certification like CCNA, CCNP is desirable.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum 8 to 10 Years of Work Experience with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Engineering
- Ready to provide 24X7 Support
- Good verbal and written communication Skills in English
