Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support a global migration project from Cisco to Arista hardware. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact enterprise initiative, working alongside senior engineers and project managers in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of a global migration from Cisco to Arista hardware.
Support configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Arista switches and routers.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure seamless transitions across global sites.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Provide Tier 1–2 support for network-related issues during and after the migration.
Participate in testing and validation of new network designs and hardware.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards throughout the conversion process.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
Working knowledge of Arista EOS and associated tools.
Basic experience with Cisco networking technologies (IOS/NX-OS).
Understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
Familiarity with network security principles.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Exposure to automation tools such as Ansible or Python scripting.
Experience with enterprise-scale network migrations or hardware refresh projects.
Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or Arista ACE are advantageous.
