Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support C#/.NET applications, APIs, web applications, and backend services in production. Responsibilities include debugging, performance troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, application monitoring, deployment and release activities, CI/CD pipeline support, and collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a strong .NET Developer with hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, along with familiarity with DevOps practices and production application support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting .NET applications in a production environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both software development and solving real-time production issues.
Requirements
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web applications, and backend services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.
- Provide production/application support and resolve technical incidents within required timelines.
- Perform debugging, code fixes, and performance troubleshooting.
- Work with DevOps teams and participate in build, deployment, and release activities.
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Git for source control, builds, deployments, and collaboration.
- Monitor applications, analyze logs, and troubleshoot deployment or production issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and other technical teams.
- Follow development, deployment, security, and support best practices.
- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong understanding of Web APIs and backend development.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with production/application support.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar DevOps platform.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Understanding of application deployment and release processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
