National Key Account Manager – India

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth, build high-value partnerships, and expand our presence across India.

The Role

You will drive sales performance, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across retail, B2B, hospitality, and luxury residential projects. A core focus will be expanding our network of monobrand stores and strengthening relationships with partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets across all distribution channels

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners

  • Identify and onboard new investors and partners for monobrand stores

  • Expand presence in key and emerging luxury markets across India

  • Drive profitability through strong retail execution and product mix

  • Build relationships with architects, designers, and developers

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies

  • Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities

  • Ensure brand excellence, compliance, and premium customer experience

About You

  • 8+ years’ experience in sales leadership within premium or luxury sectors

  • Strong background in key account management, business development, and project sales

  • Proven success across B2C, B2B, and hospitality channels

  • Experience developing retail or franchise networks

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%) and occasional travel to Köping, Sweden

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • Fluent in English (local language proficiency required)
