How you will contribute
- Delivery of the cyclical activities
- Drive compliance and best-practice delivery and operations processes; reviewing and recommending changes maximizing technology
- Support the management of employee data and leveraging on our systems
- Analyzes and understands internal data in identifying opportunity areas in the organziation
- Manage key external partnerships and relationships
- Staying abreast of market trends
- Collaborate with our shared service center workstreams for optimal delivery
What you will bring
- Proven compensation experience (compensation cycle preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
- Solid knowledge of rewards principles and rewards cycle
- Experience in job evaluation and job matching
- HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience
