The BU Cost FP&A Analyst will be responsible for driving end-to-end financial planning and analysis for cost performance across the Business Unit.
Total P&L Cost performance management vs plans/budget/previous year Planning and budgeting of BU cost during Annual Contract, Rolling Forecast Review/monitor/analyse cost performance Month end management reporting - variance analysis, benchmarking . Product Standard Cost planning twice a year

Mondelez Supply Chain Finance (MSC) FP&A Sr Analyst is a regional role
- The role is a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, who would be involved in preparing the Month-end reporting, variance analysis.
- Examining the difference between budget and actual, and understanding the reason for the differences.
- Building spreadsheet models by consolidating/validating information/data from plant finance teams, logistics finance, FP&A, and AMEA CoE Team.
- Releasing various month-end reports and Decks for review of COGS
- Preparing and uploading the data in the FP&A tool, participating in meetings for month-end review, productivity with the plant team to drive efficiencies.
- Preparation of rolling forecast and annual contract.

- BU MSC Finance Senior Manager/Controller
- FP&A team of BU
- AMEA COE team
- Plant Finance Teams.
- Procurement Finance CoE Teams
Candidate Experience Required:
- CA/MBA Finance
- Preferably Looking for candidates who have Experience with Cost FP&A, OR A Plant Finance/Supply Chain FP&A role & someone who understands how a plant operates from a Finance point of view
