White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Motion Designer to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Motion Designer will support the design and production of motion graphics assets across multiple deliverables, ensuring high-quality output aligned with client’s brand and creative standards. Having an experience of minimum 4+years. This role is suited for a candidate with strong fundamentals in animation, design, and video editing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and deliver motion graphics content for promos, social assets and localizations.
- Support the design team in adapting artwork into motion graphics across multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, UHD, 4K) and respective adapts needed for the Client.
- Collaborate with creative producers, editors, and senior designers to translate concepts into polished animations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics deliverables.
- Handle basic compositing, masking, rotoscoping, and keying when required.
- Optimize project files and exports for seamless cross-platform usage (broadcast, digital, social, OOH).
- Take responsibility for revisions and iterations based on feedback within tight timelines.
- Support the creative team in generating concept references, textures, and look development using AI tools.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender basics is a plus.
- Ability to understand and execute storyboards, animatics, and design references.
- Strong sense of timing, motion, and visual storytelling.
- Good eye for typography, color, and layout in motion design.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
