Build enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Develop topics, triggers, routing, fallback handling, generative answers, RAG, knowledge grounding, citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual capabilities, and prompts. Integrate agents with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI or Foundry models. Support troubleshooting, security, environments, ALM, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
- Design, delivery GenAI solutions
- Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
- Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
- Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
- Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
- Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
- Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
- Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
- Creating technical documentation
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
- Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
- Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
- Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
