The MIS Executive is a critical role , driving data-driven decision-making through comprehensive business intelligence and performance analytics. This position is responsible for gathering, validating, and analyzing complex data from diverse sources—including CRM systems, project management tools, and financial platforms—to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights. By leveraging advanced data analytics techniques and business intelligence tools, the MIS Executive develops dynamic dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries that enhance strategic planning, optimize service delivery, and improve client outcomes. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, automate reporting workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business goals. This role is essential for enabling operational efficiency, supporting forecasting and capacity planning, and fostering continuous improvement across IT service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple systems including CRM platforms, data tools, and financial databases.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics to track KPIs and business performance.
- Perform in-depth CRM data analysis to uncover trends, customer behavior patterns, and service delivery inefficiencies.
- Prepare regular management reports and executive briefings that highlight performance metrics, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with project managers, sales teams, and operations to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Support business forecasting and resource capacity planning through data modeling and trend analysis.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reports.
- Stay current with emerging data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices in the IT services sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis .
- Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools .
- Added advantage if proficient in CRM including data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on skills with SQL for querying, filtering, and manipulating large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with the capacity to transform complex data into clear, strategic insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
