Job Description
Seize the opportunity to join our dynamic, growing team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing process migrations, coordinating the transfer of service ownership between JPMorgan Legal Entities globally. You'll be responsible for delivering all aspects of multiple projects related to process transition and audit needs, leading several projects simultaneously depending on their scale and complexity.
As a Migration and IAS Governance - Project Management - Team leader within our dynamic team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the project management of process migrations. You will be responsible for promoting change management related to Migrations process, contributing to process improvement and control initiatives, and collaborating with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging area, where you can utilize your technical, analytical, and soft skills to make a significant impact.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive change management related to Migrations process.
  • Contribute to process improvement and control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance.
  • Performing analysis to assess the timelines.
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns & predictions using relevant data
  • Driving governance arounds scorecards, recertification of Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) charters
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of IAS charters including accuracy of scorecards
  • Ensuring audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpoint


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with minimum if 3 years experience in Project Management and Data Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high-level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings.
  • Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.
  • Must be confident and experienced and also be able to interact at senior / middle management level.
  • Must be able to get to grips with and manage scope (requirements definition, workshop management & facilitation etc.).
  • Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one's own work to achieve them.
  • Flexibility to work global hours.
  • Ability to upskill to latest technologies being used.
  • Experience on driving governance/audit readiness is preferred.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Candidates will preferably have a mix of technical, analytical & soft skills with experience on data manipulation & visualization using data analytics tools, e.g. Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Tableau, SQL , Power BI
  • Familiarity with a coding language would be an added advantage, e.g., Java, C++
