Mid-Level Engineer

Our Mid-level Engineers play a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot. This role will play a key role in taking charge of the design and development of tasks and propel our continuous innovation to keep us ahead in the market. You will provide manage key project goals, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical vision of the team. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on outlined requirements.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and assist in their development.
• Review code for quality assurance and maintainability.
• Work across departments to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of all software solutions.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Robust problem-solving skills, along with the ability to craft clear and efficient solutions.
• Experience in guiding less experienced team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, API development.
• Open-source contributions.
