Responsibilities

  • Improve focus on innovation sales and deliver improvement in Vitality Index as per plan
  • Lead and manage innovation projects from launch to roll out execution
  • Run the strategy refresh process with the business every year
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and innovation budgets
  • Coordinate regularly with various stakeholders, cross functional team members and manage resources. Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial teams for innovation roll out
  • Actively engage into Blueprinting process for new idea generation
  • Track innovation projects, present project updates and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Evaluate value delivered by innovation programs
  • Market intelligence including Competition analysis and innovative trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, specialization in Marketing desired but not essential
  • Experience 5 - 7 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development in an industrial B2B space
  • Self-motivated, driven, with a positive attitude
  • Strong collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Cross cultural awareness
  • Good English language proficiency
