Key Responsibilities:
- Develop regional marketing strategy for the portfolio for mid to long term growth
- Portfolio’s 4P planning and monitoring implementation with Sales, Application Technology and Supply Chain
- Positioning plan for Biosurfactant platforms in target applications by working closely with Applied innovation
- Expand opportunity pipeline & develop new business for biosurfactants and specialty portfolio
- Innovation project management & steering new application development based on customer needs and market trend analysis
- Lead market promotion initiatives like customer engagement events and branding activities
- Develop new partnerships among the value chain in order to identify go to market synergies and generate the new business models around biosurfactants
Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required
- Successfully completed master’s degree in Science or Business Administration, ideally with an MBA
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Technical Service function in the Cleaning Solutions or similar application in Chemical and/or or FMCG industry
- Proven track record in marketing, business development and similar commercial roles
- Extended stakeholder management in different levels internally and externally
- Strong communications skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and data driven approach
- Start-up mentality & ability to scale new-to-market products
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (~35%)
