Role Overview
The India Leader for the Digital Hub is responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high performing delivery and capability engine that serves global markets. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, talent development, and stakeholder management. The leader acts as the single point of accountability for India’s Digital consulting operations, capability development, innovation, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the India Hub aligned with global consulting priorities.
• Drive India’s role as a strategic value creator — not just a delivery arm.
• Identify emerging market trends and new capability areas (AI, data, digital, transformation, cybersecurity, ops excellence, etc.).
2. Delivery Excellence & Operational Leadership
• Ensure consistent high-quality delivery across global projects.
• Build robust delivery governance models, quality control frameworks, and risk mitigation practices.
• Drive productivity through automation, tooling, and predictive delivery insights.
3. Build & Scale the Hub
• Establish critical functions to support:
o Technology Strategy
o Cyber Security
o Product and Platform Development
• Build reusable assets, accelerators, playbooks, and IP to drive consulting leverage globally.
4. Talent Strategy & Capability Development
• Attract, retain, and develop top consulting and technical talent.
• Create structured learning pathways and certification programs.
• Build a strong leadership bench for future growth.
• Promote a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
5. Global Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with global practice leaders, project partners, and executive committees.
• Ensure seamless integration of India teams with onshore consulting teams.
• Translate global expectations into scalable India operating models.
6. P&L, Budgeting & Financial Management
• Own India Hub’s financial performance, including:
o Budgeting
o Utilization
o Margin optimization
o Resource mix and pyramid structure
• Drive cost efficiencies while enhancing value delivery.
7. Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Establish strong controls for data privacy, security, and client confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, regulatory expectations, and industry norms.
• Introduce risk frameworks for delivery, people, and operations.
8. Client Impact and Value Creation
• Increase client satisfaction through reliable, innovative, and agile delivery models.
• Drive client-facing contributions such as solution design, pre-sales, and proposals.
• Create differentiators that elevate the India Hub’s value proposition.
9. Innovation & Digital Enablement
• Promote adoption of new technologies (GenAI, analytics, automation).
• Foster innovation labs, hackathons, and partnerships with universities/start-ups.
• Produce thought leadership to strengthen positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 15–25+ years in Consulting, Technology, or Global Capability Center leadership.
• Proven experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong background in delivery operations, transformation programs, or Hub development.
