Key Responsibilities
1. Resource & Capacity Alignment :
• Support the COO in monitoring organizational capacity, workload distribution, and staffing alignment across operational teams to ensure optimal resource utilization, balanced workloads, and effective service delivery
2. Strategic Program & Information Coordination :
• Support the COO and leadership team in translating strategic priorities into structured initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, and tracking execution against defined milestones, financial goals, operational outcomes, and value realization tracking
• Gather, analyse, and synthesize operational and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making
3. Operational Excellence & Process Enablement :
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows, improve program
governance, and enhance execution efficiency across the COO’s organization
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership communication support :
• Act as a central coordination point across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of leadership priorities and enterprise programs
• Develop clear and impactful communications, executive presentations, and strategic updates that support leadership messaging, internal alignment, and enterprise visibility of key initiatives
5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management :
• Track program risks, operational challenges, and cross-team dependencies. Facilitate resolution pathways and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure continuity of strategic initiatives
6. Administrative and Operational Support :
• Help streamline workflows, maintain shared documentation, and improve operational efficiency across the COO’s office.
7. Innovation, Automation & Growth Enablement support :
• Support initiatives focused on automation adoption, digital enablement, and innovation-driven operational improvements, contributing to productivity gains, scalable operations, and long-term enterprise value creation
