Job Description:

A qualified professional with experience in developing highly visual dashboards and reports optimizing multiple marketing channels. The Manager role is focused on collaborating with client teams to tackle high-impact, complex analytics challenges. Guide client stakeholders in developing effective problem-solving strategies and scaling analytics efforts that drive strategic decision-making within their organizations.  Focused on supporting our clients with reporting capabilities and will be driving the overall engagement in developing dashboards and reports on strategic clients and helping measure their overall marketing effectiveness. Will serve as a point of contact between multiple stakeholders both internal and external to identify reporting needs and deliver the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse reporting requirements from stakeholders, including new data needs, report layout preferences, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain advanced interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provides strategic, technical and or operational reporting best practices and guidance.
• Reporting expertise and knowledge to solve business challenges and provide focus to team members.
• Ability to formulate analytical problem, summarize key findings/insights and make helpful recommendations.
• Thought leadership and guidance in the development of client-facing presentations and read-outs.
• Drives the overall client engagement as the reporting Subject Matter expert (SME) in delivering reporting solutions while collaborating with data team.
• Analysis of reporting requirements; including new data requirements, reporting layout and user needs.
• Create and re-view QA plans for deliverables to align with the requirements, identify discrepancies if any and troubleshoot issues.
• Define best practices and the design/development, deployment, and maintenance of reports. Ensures that project goals/milestones are met.
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop project plan, manage the day-to-day tasks and meet project deadlines

Required Skill:

• 8+ year of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Expertise in in BI/Visualization tools, specifically Power BI (certification must have).
• Strong proficiency in:
  • DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
  • Power Query (M language) for data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Data Modelling including star schema, snowflake schema, and normalization techniques.
  • Power BI Service: row-level security (RLS), workspace management, app deployment, gateway configuration, and scheduled refreshes.
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good to have - Familiarity with Google Dataform, Composer and Looker.
• Optional: Marketing Analytics experience.
