Job Requirements:
Must Have:
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in analytics
- Strong SQL (Expert) and Python (Intermediate) skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Datorama)
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques (Regression, Time-Series, Clustering)
- Experience in building and deploying ML models for business use cases
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to lead projects independently and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with R or SAS
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with AI / Deep Learning techniques
- Experience in campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and media attribution
- Knowledge of agile workflows, JIRA, and Git
