We are looking for: 

Area of work is open to all graduates with mastery in animation and graphic design. Person should have experience of 10 plus years in advertising & design industry.  

Purpose of Role: 

Working with the in-house team, your role is to lead self, lead team and lead business.  
Also, will be able to decode briefs, ideate, produce and oversee print and digital creative solutions that provides innovative solutions to the marketing needs of big brands. He/she should possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques but also be able to manage people and lead projects efficiently. 

Responsibilities  

• Deliver visuals within time frame allocated, with clear understanding of production method 

• Ensure all deadlines are met for proofing and sign off process 

• Ensure all schedules are kept up to date and accessible on the server 

• Maintain strong communication with colleagues and team,  

• to keep updated with deadline/schedule changes 

• Drive continuous improvements in quality and productivity individually and collectively as team  

• Keep abreast of industry trends and events 

• Maintain strong relationships with internal clients  

• Teamwork and professional development. Lead accordingly.  

• Inclusive and collaborative approach

• Creative talent and instinctive ability to develop engaging and meaningful visual communications such as colour, scale, contrast and typography 

• Technical and subject matter expert; ability to work with various software packages and formats

Qualifications and/or Educational Requirements: 

Although this area of work is open to all graduates, the following degree or foundation degree subjects are particularly relevant: 

Bachelor's degree in design or any similar related/equivalent field. Highly skilled in adobe design software like adobe photoshop, illustrator. Experience with both print and digital designs.
