Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on communications strategy, reputation management, and media engagement.
- Lead day-to-day client servicing and ensure high-quality delivery across mandates.
- Develop strategic communication plans aligned with client business objectives.
Media & Narrative Development- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, and trade media.
- Develop compelling narratives, thought leadership opportunities, and media engagement strategies.
- Oversee development of press materials including press releases, media pitches, opinion pieces, and executive profiles.
Campaign & Program Management- Lead integrated communications campaigns including product launches, corporate announcements, executive profiling, and industry events.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues within the technology sector.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that support client positioning and reputation.
Team Leadership- Manage and mentor junior team members including Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Ensure quality control across client deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Business Growth- Support new business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic input.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client mandates.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or integrated communications agencies.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector including enterprise tech, AI, cloud, startups, and emerging technologies.
- Established relationships with technology and business media.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
