General Summary

 

The Manager – Sales Enablement Operations will lead the day-to-day execution of Revenue Enablement programs. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to the US-based Revenue Enablement leadership team, ensuring strategies are effectively executed, scaled, and continuously improved.

 

This individual will manage and develop a growing team supporting key enablement functions including RFP/proposal operations, enablement technology administration (e.g., Allego), instructional design, and content and knowledge management. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on execution to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality enablement services across the organization.

The Senior Manager will also play a critical role in building scalable systems, governance frameworks, and AI-supported workflows that improve efficiency, accelerate sales readiness, and enhance organizational productivity.

 

This is a working leadership role responsible for both managing teams and directly contributing to priority initiatives.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational leader for Revenue Enablement.
  • Partner closely with US Revenue Enablement leadership to translate strategy into execution plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple enablement functions ensuring alignment, consistency, and service quality.
  • Establish operating rhythms, workflows, and performance standards across the team.
  • Monitor capacity, resource planning, and delivery timelines across initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Directly manage and develop a team supporting proposal/RFP operations, enablement technology administration, and instructional design.
  • Provide coaching, role clarity, and performance management to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Build scalable role structures, responsibilities, and workflows as the enablement team expands.

Sales Readiness & Enablement Program Execution

  • Oversee execution of sales readiness programs, training delivery support, and enablement content production.
  • Ensure instructional design standards, learning quality, and consistency across programs.
  • Oversee administration and optimization of enablement technologies.
  • Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of enablement tools and processes.

Proposal & RFP Operations

  • Oversee the proposal/RFP support function to ensure organized, efficient, and scalable response processes.
  • Establish governance, knowledge management, and structured content repositories to support proposal development.
  • Guide development of AI-ready response libraries and structured data to enable faster automated proposal generation.
  • Ensure proposal operations align with enterprise standards and support sales efficiency.

 Process, Systems & AI Enablement

  • Build structured workflows and knowledge frameworks that enable automation and AI-assisted execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase scalability across enablement services.
  • Partner with US leadership to implement global standards for tools, content governance, and knowledge management.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support GTM execution.
  • Provide operational visibility, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Supportive Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic enablement initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Support program rollouts and change management initiatives.
