Job Description
· Thorough experience with SEM, Performance Marketing and Campaign Optimization is a must
· Google/ Bing/ AMS/ Facebook Ads/ SA 360 – Setup, optimization & Management – Practical Experience in working on each or most of these Platforms
· QA Audits per the process defined
· Documentation and maintaining QR log files on individual level
· Feedback/Refresher sessions
· Overall in-depth Analysis and provide recommendations for improved client experience and revenue generation
· Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
· Oversee and continuously improve the area of Quality for the entire team which not only includes traditional QA but also all other aspects
· Responsible for conducting RCA on the overspend/underspend
· Should be able to understand the client requirements and design QA checklists
· Daily campaign level audits to be performed and provide feedback and recommendation
· Manage and maintain traditional QA best practices and documentation
· Identify trends in the data and recommend and assist in the implementation of changes in policies and processes
· Serve as subject matter expert on these activities and provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
· Identify potential areas for process or procedural improvements. Make recommendations and assist in implementing those approved.
Qualifications
Overall 5+ years with 2+ years into Quality Assurance (Digital Marketing only)
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency is a must
