The Manager – Publicity will lead publicity strategies for original content and oversee media relations, campaign management, and crisis communication. Responsibilities include media outreach, managing press assets, and tracking industry trends.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Publicity Manager to lead and execute publicity strategies for our original content and platform initiatives. The role requires strong media relationships, sharp storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced OTT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end publicity strategies for original shows, films, talent, platform announcements and any other form of content that may launch on the platform
- Drive media outreach across print, digital, television, radio, trade publications and influencers/ media KOL's
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment, lifestyle media
- Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, social, creative) and external PR agencies to ensure cohesive messaging
- Plan and manage press assets including press releases, interviews, media kits, trailers, stills, and talent schedules
- Handle talent publicity including interviews, media days, junkets, premieres, and press events
- Monitor media coverage, prepare impact reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management when required
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and media landscape to identify new opportunities
- Oversee budgets and timelines for publicity campaigns

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in publicity, PR, communications, or entertainment marketing
- Prior experience in OTT platforms, broadcast networks, studios, or PR agencies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field
