Responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and narratives for JioStar's sports properties, targeting advertisers and agencies to enhance brand positioning and equity.
Job Summary
The GTM & Narrative team drives the Go-To-Market strategy and storytelling for JioStar’s Sporting properties across both Digital and TV. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating and building narratives that address advertiser needs, positioning Sports as a powerful platform for impactful brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize JioHotstar and Sports as high-impact strategic platforms for brand building and long-term equity creation.
- Create persuasive pitch decks and engagement materials grounded in category insights and analytics aimed at attracting association from advertisers & agencies of all sizes.
- Develop solution specific, category-specific narratives leveraging platform capabilities and client objectives.
- Build competitive narratives to differentiate against platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and emerging players like APV and Retail Media Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including viewership, pricing, product, marketing, and design
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Experience in Digital Marketing with an in-depth understanding of adtech, martech, media, sports
- Structured problem solver - Ability to develop solutions in an ambiguous environment
- Strong in analytics with a high comfort around excel modelling
- Should have worked in inter team and intra team collaborative roles
- Strong flair and keen interest in Advertising, Media, and Sports
Preferred Education and Experience
- MBA with 4-6 years of strategy consulting experience will be preferred. Looking for candidates from Management consulting/ Market strategy/Business strategy/Ad Sales Strategy GTM background
