- Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, compliance, and employee experience.
- Conduct current-state assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, rework, and service delivery gaps; design and implement future-state solutions.
- Simplify, standardize, optimize, and automate HR processes across HR Operations, Shared Services, and People Operations functions.
- Develop and maintain process architecture, including process maps, workflows, SOPs, RACI frameworks, governance models, and process documentation.
- Establish global process standards, operating procedures, controls, KPIs, and process ownership frameworks to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Lead HR Service Delivery (HRSD) transformation initiatives, optimizing case management, self-service capabilities, service delivery models, and employee support experiences.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Re-engineering methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and deliver automation and digital transformation opportunities leveraging Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, and other HR technologies.
- Partner with HRIS, HRIT, COEs, People Operations, and business stakeholders to implement process enhancements and system improvements.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics to monitor KPIs, SLAs, cycle times, and process performance.
- Lead stakeholder alignment, governance, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and operating models.
- Drive sustainable improvements that reduce manual effort, operational risk, and turnaround times while improving quality and employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
Preferred Experience
- 10-14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, People Operations, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR Transformation, or Process Excellence environments.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HR process redesign initiatives, from current-state assessment through future-state implementation and adoption.
- Strong expertise in process excellence, including process mapping, process architecture, workflow design, SOP development, RACI frameworks, governance, and standardization.
- Demonstrated success improving service delivery through cycle-time reduction, SLA improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Business Process Re-engineering methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
- Hands-on experience driving process automation, workflow redesign, and digital transformation using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using KPIs, dashboards, operational metrics, and data-driven insights to drive improvements.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and leading change across global, matrixed organizations while partnering with HRIS, HRIT, COEs, Shared Services, and business leaders.
