Work Closely with Onshore front office Senior credit analysts covering one or more of the private ABS asset classes including but not limited to RMBS/Consumer Credits/CLOs/CMBS/Reg-Caps etc.
Provide support to the Private Markets Research team in sourcing performance data for deals from reports and updating proprietary database with latest performance metrics for further analysis.
Perform analysis of existing investments including financial statement analysis and monitor KPIs for credit monitoring and present findings to onshore research team/fund managers.
Maintain updated cashflows, financial models and analytics for existing investments.
Review transaction documents to understand key attributes related to payment waterfall, reserve accounts, asset disposition, key parties & their responsibilities etc.
Understand underwriting guidelines, cash flow modelling, deal terms and third-party information to support investment decisions.
Design, update and develop reports on Power BI across investments to provide insights to the fund managers for effective portfolio monitoring.
Provide support in developing monitoring reports and present observations to the Fund Managers and wider research team.
Prepare comprehensive credit documentation for investment credit committees for semi-annual and annual reviews.
Coordinate and interact with multiple stakeholders across the investment business.
Assist the Private Markets Research team deliver the agreed upon tasks in a timely basis and help manager in driving team wide initiatives.
Provide support for streamlining and automating processes for data capture, building PBI reports and monitoring to improve turnaround time
