Job Description
Department: Registrar & Banking Operation
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
- Post Graduate, Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Financial Service sector
Work Experience/Knowledge:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experiences in operations role
- Preferably from Mutual Fund or financial sector with some knowledge of Registrar, banking, depository, brokerage, KYC documentation, fee and commission calculation etc.
- Understanding of current Tax,GST,Stamp Duty environment for investment in India
- Understanding of current regulatory environment for financial services in India
- Good understanding of Excel and other reporting tool

- Ability to conduct proper analysis and present data in a meaningful way
- Focussed approach and detail orientation
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
- Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate/arrange/prepare, validate and upload\send reports for
Statutory purpose to SEBI,RBI,Income Tax dept,AMFI etc
Business
Control on various tax filings Scrutinizing various Registrar reports like daily transactions reports, AUM, MCR,dividend, redemption, TDS, Stamp Duty etc, highlight discrepancies, if any and get the same rectified Expense handling for the schemes and analysis of the same Outsourcing review of registrar All kind of audit coordination with registrars like a) Internal, b) Statutory, c)System, d)Cyber Security, e) Third party etc
Coordination for various risk management report & submission to CRO Back up coordination for commission, banking, unit control and reconciliation with Registrar, banks, depositories, other vendors Supporting new products and services
