Job Summary:
Carries out Detail Engineering of Sludge treatment, Gas generation through anaerobic digestion, power generation through CHP Engines. To read/Study the tender documents, proposal document , correspondence, CPHEEO Manual, relevant codes and standard and understand the project requirement.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall progress of assigned project for engineering deliverables
Responsible for co-ordination within engineering team
Responsible for coordination with project manager
Responsible for coordination with sourcing Team
Responsible for Coordination with Client/consultant
Responsible for Manhours allocated/Clocked with in engineering
Responsible for coordination for 3rd party engineering Agency
Responsible for preparation, review and submission of all engineering documents
To highlight the deviation/ambiguities among tender document, proposal document and applicable standards and codes Key Competencies:

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimize processes

Review and approve technical documents and reports

Strategic Planning:

• Develop long term goals and objectives for the Engineering department

• Identify and prioritize projects and initiatives to achieve departmental goals

• Monitor industry trends and anticipate potential challenges or opportunities

• Work with upper management to align departmental goals with overall company strategy

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

• Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 10 years' experience that provides exposure to Sludge treatment, Gas generation through anaerobic digestion, power generation through CHP Engines.
