Riveron India is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager – L&D to establish and lead a newly formed L&D team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategy.

You are proficient in strategic L&D leadership

You are excellent in stakeholder engagement
You are competent in budget and resource management
You have strong knowledge of learning technology ecosystems
What You’ll Do:
Build and lead a high-performing L&D team including instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists.
Define the L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery.
Drive scalable content production and delivery to meet growing organizational learning demands.
Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business units.
Monitor program effectiveness through learning analytics and metrics.
Drive innovation in learning approaches including digital, blended, and experiential learning.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
Support scaling the L&D operating model, including delivery frameworks, governance, and resource planning to support enterprise growth.
Qualifications:
10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
Experience building or scaling L&D teams
Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning experience platforms
