Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Channel Management
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners (distributors)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue through channels.
- Train and support partners on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners.
- Analyze channel performance and optimize partner contributions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to support channel success.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account and/or channel management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Engineering Graduate with experience 8 to 15 years, MBA is an added advantage.
