What to expect:

The role acts as a central coordinator for the Industry Engagement office and strategic outcomes to drive.

Planning and Management of Industry Engagement

  • Manage and track centrally all regional engagement plans and updates against quarterly OKRs and KPIs .

  • Manage the central repository of meetings and briefing notes and research notes, bring structure to documentation and continuity of flow on documentation

  • Plan industry meetings and engagement across different senior stakeholders at Swift covering a wide range of industry relevant topics

  • Deliver structured clear content and build regular cadence on reporting of industry engagement, initiatives and outcomes of industry dialogue and proactively set up organizational briefings.

  • Proactively seek meetings, propose topics and agenda and support events and conference participation

  • Maintain and update the central data repository of the key stakeholder documentation

  • Track and report on industry initiatives where Swift is participating – industry workshops, innovation RFPs

  • Work with comms, innovation and the rest of corporate office towards organizational outcomes

  • Work with legal office to ensure NDAs are signed before deeper engagement by experts

  • Liase with comms on final usable content and artefacts before they are used externally including creation of speaking notes

Planning and Management of Community Engagement

  • Track representation and viewpoints of Swift's community as part of regional forums and feedback in Swift’s own community meetings.

  • Drive consistent feedback from different regional user group and national member meetings working alongside BD , Strategy and corporate office colleagues on various observations and suggestions from the community.

  • Support for Swift and Swift community representatives, ambassadors

  • Consult community on public consultations.

  • Work alongside Chief of Staffs across BD, CX, Comms and Product to ensure timing and sequencing of internal and external engagements are co-ordinated

Research and Insights

  • Support the Head of Global Industry Engagement to plan strategic outcomes from the Industry Research desk and contribute with creation of insights.

  • Support regional Industry leads and sectoral experts towards content framing and ensuring continuity of dialogue with Swift on a particular topic.

  • Based on your own interest and skill set you can also have the opportunity to lead/assist on internal thought prompts, positioning papers and build insights leveraging Swift’s network data, articulate insights, and inferences to the community where applicable and with approval.

What will make you successful:

  • University degree

  • Experience in Banking, Sales, IT domain

  • Have minimum 7 years' experience in Industry engagement, project management, or strategic planning.
