Key Responsibilities for this role:
• Administration of certain Private Credit funds and mandates.
• Liaison with administrators, custodians, trustees and auditors of the fund.
• Liaison with various internal teams to ensure fund/portfolio details, trades and performance are correctly maintained and reconciled on internal systems.
• Production of fund information for quarterly reporting and other regular reporting.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate fund/portfolio information including trading cash balances and investment compliance models.
• Supporting new product design and launch, particularly regarding workflow and operating model.
• Assisting Fund Manager to address internal and external investor requests.
• Assisting Fund Manager on ad hoc duties.
• Assistance in producing fund/portfolio information requested by the Private Credit client team for use in client meetings and to address investor queries.
•Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of operational processes.

Knowledge & Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is a must and PowerBI / VBA/ Python experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income or Private Credit products and instruments is required.
• Experience in Fund administration is required and Private Asset Servicing, Trade Processing, KYC, Aladdin is beneficial.
• Confidence & excellent communication both oral and written is a must to communicate at all levels
within the organisation & externally
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to prioritise own workload to meet team and business deadlines.
Experience:
• 4-5 years relevant experience in Fund administration/fund management support.
Educational Qualification:
• MBA in Finance is required.
