Manage the preparation of financial reports and audits, liaise with auditors, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and handle stakeholder management.
We are looking for a Manager-Financial Reporting and Consolidation to manage preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, tax audits and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS)
- Knowledge of preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow statement, notes to accounts etc.)
- Liaison with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly Limited Review and Year end Audit
- Knowledge of Income tax Act for handling tax audits of the entities
- Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of Companies Act and Industry Standards
- Having worked in a listed company who is aware of Listing regulations and related deliverables (preferable)
Preferred Education and Experience
- CA (5+years) with knowledge of accounting standards
- Knowledge of Companies Act
- Knowledge of other related compliances, SAP System.
- Ability to meet deliverables in a time-bound manner
- Managing the queries of the auditors.
- Problem solver and ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders
- Knowledge on updates received from ICAI, MCA, ROC etc. and other authorities
- Excellent in MS Excel
