Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including income tax, TDS, GST returns, reconciliations, payments, assessments, notices, and tax authority correspondence. Prepare tax workings, advance tax computations, provisions, cost sheets, vendor reconciliations, and management reports. Coordinate with consultants and auditors, monitor regulatory updates, and support financial reporting while managing multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable
regulations.
Monthly review of TDS deductions, GST reconciliation's, and tax payments.
Handling notices, assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and correspondence
with tax authorities.
Preparation of tax workings, advance tax computations, and tax provisioning.
Coordination with tax consultants and auditors for timely closure of assessments and audits.
Monitoring tax updates and assessing their impact on the business.
Support management reporting and MIS preparation.
Preparation of detailed cost sheet.

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and corporate taxation.
Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Requirements
Qualified CA
2+ years of relevant experience in direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and
compliance.
Exposure to ERP systems such as Zoho, Tally, or similar platforms will be preferred.
